Terms of Service

1. Overview

Directors Can't Draw ("the Service") is a creative storyboarding workspace that includes AI-assisted image generation tools. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. AI Features

Some features use generative AI models to transform sketches, regions, poses, and other inputs. AI outputs are probabilistic. Results may vary, and multiple attempts may be required to achieve the desired outcome. AI credits are consumed per generation attempt.

3. Credits & Billing

Certain features use AI credits.

• Credits are consumed per generation attempt.
• If a generation produces multiple variations, each variation consumes one credit.
• Credits are deducted regardless of output quality.
• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Purchased top-up credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

We may update pricing, limits, or credit allocations for future billing periods.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or permanent availability of any feature, including AI features. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
